Oscar the 13 year old FeLv
Oscar has had Feline Leukemia all his life, all 13 years. Recently he has had some serious dental issues and on 5/2/12 he had many teeth removed. During the surgery he was found to have an abscess in his jaw. No wonder he had felt so terrible!
He is now recovering well, eating and purring but the vet would like to be paid. Funny that.
She was kind enough to let me watch the procedure and explain everything along the way. I have seen a number of abscesses and gross things before but I will attest, that jaw was nasty!
Please help me pay the vet as she certainly deserves to be paid. She has made Oscar's life much better at a fraction of the cost other vets would charge.
Oscar is a remarkable boy. Aside from the recent tooth issues he has not had any health problems in his 13 years. His blood values are all normal.
FeLv does NOT have to be a death sentence!
